The Quantitative Research in the Life and Social Sciences Program (QRLSSP) is an intensive summer research experience hosted by the Simon A. Levin Mathematical, Computational and Modeling Sciences Center at Arizona State University. This program prepares undergraduate students for graduate-level research at the intersection of mathematics, statistics, and the natural and social sciences.

QRLSSP offers an eight-week summer research experience where students engage in both classroom instruction on research methods and hands-on research projects. Participants receive intensive instruction in dynamical systems, stochastic processes, computational methods, and modeling, delivered by esteemed scientists and guest speakers. Students work collaboratively in self-selected groups on research problems of their choosing, culminating in a high-quality technical report and research poster presented at national conferences.
