BRITE REU at BU Bioinformatics

BRITE REU focuses on computational and mathematical fundamentals of bioinformatics analysis through research projects. Participants work with faculty and graduate student mentors, attend training workshops, and develop skills in programming, scientific communication, and ethics.

Eligibility Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Rising juniors or seniors in a degree program leading to a baccalaureate or associate degree
  • Interest in Biological research and quantitative training in Computer
  • Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
