EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowships support internationally mobile postdoctoral researchers in the life sciences, in Europe and worldwide, for up to two years. The fellowship includes a salary or stipend, a relocation allowance, and support for fellows with children, plus access to an EMBO Laboratory Leadership course and the global network of EMBO Fellows. International mobility -- relocating to a new country for the fellowship -- is a key requirement.
Eligibility Requirements
- Postdoctoral researchers in the life sciences.
- Must relocate internationally as part of the fellowship (mobility requirement).
- Host laboratory may support only one EMBO fellow per selection round.
- Only one EMBO Fellowship Proposal permitted per researcher, starting the Autumn 2027 round.
