Harvard Stem Cell Institute Internship Program (HIP)
The Harvard Stem Cell Institute Internship Program (HIP) offers undergraduate students an immersive 8-week summer research experience in stem cell science. Participants engage in hands-on research within the laboratories of HSCI faculty members, gaining exposure to cutting-edge stem cell research and its applications. HIP provides undergraduates with a focused and challenging research experience in stem cell science. Interns participate in laboratory research, attend a stem cell seminar series, and engage in career development activities. The program aims to foster the development of future leaders in stem cell research.
Eligibility Requirements
- Academic Standing: Rising sophomores or juniors at the time the internship begins in June.
- Institution: Open to non-Harvard students enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities.
- Interest: Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in stem cell research.
- Additional Notes: For the 2025 program, international applications and applications from Harvard students are not being accepted.
