Hormel Institute Summer Undergraduate Research Experience Program
The Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) Internship at The Hormel Institute, University of Minnesota, offers undergraduate students a 10-week, hands-on research experience in a biomedical setting. Interns collaborate with leading scientists on cancer research projects, gaining exposure to advanced equipment and techniques not typically available in undergraduate programs. Participants engage in full-time research alongside The Hormel Institute's scientists, participate in weekly professional development activities, and present their findings at a public event.
