The Dean's Scholarship at the University of East London (UEL) is a prestigious award aimed at undergraduate students who demonstrate both academic excellence and a commitment to the University's values. Selected by the Dean of each academic School, this scholarship offers financial support to assist students throughout their studies.
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be starting their undergraduate studies at UEL for the first time in January or September 2026.
- Applicants must be assessed as 'home' students paying full-time fees of £9,790 per year.
- Open to full-time students enrolled in on-campus or distance learning programs at the £9,790 fee rate; excludes collaborative-partner, YourWay, lower-cost online/distance-learning, and NHS-funded programmes.
- Applicants must have accepted UEL as their firm choice through UCAS Track within 3 weeks of receiving their offer.
- Social Work students receive the award in their first year only.
