Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program, University of Lille

Eligibility Requirements
- Open to candidates of foreign nationality; candidates with dual nationality, including French, are not eligible.
- For master's level, candidates must be under 25 years old at the time of the application; for PhD level, under 30 years old.
- Applicants should be seeking admission to a master's or PhD program at the University of Lille.
- For programs taught in French, a B2 level of French proficiency is required.
