Eligibility Requirements
- US citizen or US national (or from American Samoa)
- In their penultimate year of school (or final year if graduating in three years or fewer), committed to a public-service career
- Extensive record of public and community service and leadership
- Nominated by the institution's Truman Faculty Representative
