The Helena Kennedy Foundation (HKF) Higher Education Bursary is designed to support students facing financial and personal challenges in progressing to higher education. The bursary offers up to £2,250, along with ongoing support, mentoring, and assistance with work placements to help recipients achieve their academic and career aspirations.

Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be in their final year at a publicly funded UK further education (FE) college or sixth form college, enrolled in courses such as Access, A levels, BTEC, Scottish Highers, or T Levels.
- Must be aiming to start a first-time higher education program (e.g., HND, BA, BSc, BEd) at a UK higher education institution in the autumn of the application year. Students planning a gap year will also be considered.
- Open to UK citizens, refugees, and asylum seekers.
- Applicants should be experiencing significant financial hardship that could impede their progression to higher education.
