International Master's Scholarships Program (IDEX)

The International Master's Scholarships Program, supported by IDEX funding through the Programme Investissements d’Avenir, aims to promote international access to Université Paris-Saclay's Master's programs. This scholarship is particularly designed for highly qualified international students intending to pursue research up to the doctoral level. Scholarships are awarded for 1 or 2 years, depending on admission level (M1 or M2), and are contingent on earning the required credits to advance in the program.

Scholarship Benefits:

  • The scholarship provides €10,000 per year.
  • A maximum of €1,000 for travel and visa expenses may also be awarded based on the candidate's country of origin.

Application Process:

  • Students admitted to a Master's programme at Université Paris-Saclay will be considered for the scholarship based on academic merit.
  • Selected students will receive an email invitation to apply for the scholarship.
  • Invited candidates must complete the online application form and provide the required documents, including references.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be international students admitted to a Master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay or one of its component institutions (AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, Université Évry, Université Versailles-Saint-Quentin).
  • Be studying in France for the first time or have lived in France for less than a year while enrolled in a non-degree training course, language class, or mobility program.
  • Be 30 years old or younger during the selection year.
  • Cannot combine the scholarship with other funding exceeding €600 per month.
  • Have not been enrolled in a French higher education institution (exceptions exist for international institutions abroad).
  • Not interrupted studies for over three consecutive years.
