Chancellor Joe B. Wyatt initiated the Chancellor's Scholars in 1985 to recognize students with outstanding leadership, strength of character, academic achievement, and a deep-seated commitment to diversity and social justice.The Chancellor’s Scholarship at Vanderbilt University is awarded to students who demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, leadership, and social justice. This scholarship is part of Vanderbilt's efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive campus community. It aims to support students who have made significant contributions to their communities and who will continue to advocate for equity and inclusion during their time at Vanderbilt.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Enrollment: Must be an incoming first-year student enrolling full-time at Vanderbilt University.
