eLab Summer Accelerator
The eLab Summer Accelerator at Princeton University provides a unique opportunity for students to focus on launching or advancing their startups in an intensive, collaborative environment. Throughout the 10-week program, participants receive mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs, industry experts, and faculty members. They also gain access to workshops on topics such as customer discovery, business model development, fundraising, and marketing strategies.
Teams work at the eLab facility on Princeton’s campus, where they can collaborate with other startups, access resources, and refine their products or services. The program culminates in a Demo Day, where teams present their businesses to a large audience that includes investors, potential customers, and the broader Princeton entrepreneurial community.
Participants receive financial support to help cover expenses, such as product development, marketing, and prototyping. The program also offers opportunities for networking with investors, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals.
Eligibility Requirements
- Undergraduate and Graduate Status: Open to current undergraduate and graduate students of Princeton University, as well as, in some cases, recent alumni.
- Entrepreneurial Interest: Applicants should have a strong interest in entrepreneurship and a startup idea they are committed to developing during the program.
- Team or Individual Applications: Students can apply individually or as part of a team. Teams typically consist of 2-5 members, with diverse skills and backgrounds being encouraged.
- Application Materials: Applicants are generally required to submit a detailed business idea proposal, outlining the concept, potential market, and development plans. Additional materials may include resumes, business plans, and references.
