The Adelaide Academic Excellence Scholarship (50%) is a highly competitive merit-based award for commencing international undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students demonstrating exceptional academic achievement. Recipients receive a 50% reduction in international tuition fees for the standard full-time duration of their chosen program. This scholarship applies to direct-entry students, including those undertaking a Pre-Enrolment English Program (PEP), and is available across most disciplines with some program exclusions.
Eligibility Requirements
- International students (not Australian/NZ citizens or permanent residents) commencing undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programs
- Applying to a CRICOS registered bachelor degree, or a CRICOS registered master (coursework) degree of at least 72 units / 1.5 years equivalent
- Minimum academic merit thresholds per program level
- Direct entry applicants with unconditional Offer of Admission (all conditions met)
- Not receiving higher-value scholarships/sponsorships; no packaged college offers
- Excludes: non-award programs, Masters Research, PhD/Doctoral programs, and other specified exclusions
