Curtin University International Merit Scholarship

AustraliaUndergraduateMaster'sEntry ID: SC-58250

The Curtin Global Merit Scholarship (also referred to as Curtin University International Merit Scholarship) rewards high academic performance and supports international students pursuing their education at Curtin University. Eligible students receive a 20% reduction off their tuition fees for the duration of their eligible course, applied as a tuition fee credit after the census date of the first study period. This covers tuition only and does not extend to other expenses. The scholarship targets future students commencing at Curtin's Western Australian campuses between July 2025 and March 2026 in undergraduate degrees (up to 4 years) or master's by coursework (up to 2 years) across select faculties including Business and Law, Health Sciences, Humanities, and Science & Engineering.

No separate application is required; all qualifying course applications are automatically assessed by Global Admissions. Successful applicants receive a supplementary scholarship letter with their offer. Acceptance requires paying the full deposit by the due date in the Letter of Offer. Limited scholarships are available, and the offer may be revoked if conditions such as maintaining good standing, full-time enrolment, and international fee-paying status are not met, or if deferred beyond March 2026. Recipients cannot hold other scholarships or sponsorships.

For the 2025-2026 cycle, applications opened on 10 February 2025 and close on 1 March 2026. The scholarship is currently open as of March 2026 and not on hiatus. It is merit-based and automatic upon eligibility confirmation via prior academic results (required Course-Weighted Average).
