The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is a prestigious initiative launched by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to attract top international students to French higher education institutions. The scholarship aims to support future foreign decision-makers in both the public and private sectors by offering financial assistance to outstanding students pursuing master's or doctoral studies in France. The program focuses on four main fields: engineering sciences, exact sciences, economics and management, and law and political science.

The Eiffel Scholarship provides recipients with substantial financial support, including a monthly allowance, international travel, health insurance, and cultural activities. For master's students, the scholarship covers 12 to 36 months of study, while for PhD candidates, it covers up to 12 months of research in France. The scholarship does not cover tuition fees, but French institutions often offer tuition waivers or charge reduced fees for Eiffel scholars. The program is highly competitive, and candidates are selected based on academic merit, leadership potential, and their motivation to study in France.
