The Lee Kuan Yew (LKY) Scholarship is the premier postgraduate scholarship in Singapore, established in 1991 by the Tanjong Pagar Citizens' Consultative Committee with public funding to commemorate Mr. Lee Kuan Yew's contributions to Singapore. It recognizes outstanding Singapore citizens with leadership potential to contribute to society. Recipients can pursue postgraduate studies overseas or locally in any field without course restrictions, developing as leaders in their fields. There is no service bond, but recipients are expected to contribute to Singapore's betterment.

The scholarship provides full tuition fees coverage and an annual allowance of S$50,000 for up to 2 years for Master's degrees or up to 5 years for PhD studies. Public sector awardees already sponsored by their agencies receive a one-off sum of S$10,000 instead of tuition and allowance support.
