The PTDF Overseas Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme fully funds Nigerian graduates for Master's and PhD study in oil-and-gas and related fields at approved universities in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Malaysia.
Eligibility Requirements
- Nigerian citizen with a verified National Identity Number (NIN)
- MSc applicants: minimum Second Class Lower (2.2) degree, completed NYSC, and at least five O-Level credits including English and Mathematics
- PhD applicants: as above, plus a research proposal (up to five pages)
- No falsified or multiple submissions
