Sciences Po Emile Boutmy Scholarship for Non-EU Students
The Émile Boutmy Scholarship, created by Sciences Po and named after its founder, welcomes top international students from outside the European Union. It supports first-year students with merit-based tuition exemptions and is funded by private sponsors including benefactors, companies, and foundations.
For undergraduates: Offers total tuition exemption or €9,500 exemption per year, retained during the third-year abroad, and automatically renewed if continuing to an eligible Master's at Sciences Po. Amounts adjust with tuition increases. Lost if academic year not validated or admission deferred.
For Masters: €18,500 tuition exemption per year for two years. Cannot combine with other Sciences Po scholarships but compatible with external ones like Eiffel. Selection based on merit and profile fit.
