The Émile Boutmy Scholarship, created by Sciences Po and named after its founder, welcomes top international students from outside the European Union. It supports first-year students with merit-based tuition exemptions and is funded by private sponsors including benefactors, companies, and foundations.
Eligibility Requirements
- First-time applicant to Sciences Po.
- From a non-European Union state, whose household does not file taxes within the EU.
- Admitted to the Undergraduate or Master's programme.
- Excludes: Swiss/Norwegian applicants (CROUS-eligible), dual EU citizens, Quebec master's candidates, Journalism dual-master's candidates (except specific China/Columbia dual degrees), PhD students, 1-year Master's candidates, exchange students, and candidates via the French graduate admission procedure.
