The Summer Research in Mathematics (SRIM) program at Cambridge University offers undergraduate students the opportunity to conduct summer research projects within the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (CMS). The program allows students to work with supervisors from the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP) or the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics (DPMMS). Students can develop and extend their research skills, learn to communicate their work, and build a strong academic profile
Eligibility Requirements
- The SRIM programme is open to Cambridge students in Part IB and Part II of the Mathematical Tripos.
- You may only register a SRIM project if you are going to remain in the UK for the duration of the project. Unpaid projects are not permitted and we are not able to employ / pay students working from outside of the UK.
