TWAS-CSIR Postgraduate (PhD) Fellowship

TWAS runs a large family of PhD and postdoctoral fellowships letting scientists from developing countries train at top institutions in the Global South (India, Brazil, China, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan and more). The TWAS-CSIR Postgraduate Fellowship specifically places scholars from developing countries (other than India) into CSIR laboratories in India for PhD research, with a monthly stipend covering living costs, food and health insurance, plus subsidised accommodation, for up to four years.
