Eligibility Requirements

  • US citizen
  • Scholarship: matriculated undergraduate at a US institution, remaining enrolled through the award
  • Fellowship: enrolled in or applying to a US graduate program
  • Proposed program includes significant language study (preference for 25+ weeks)
  • Willing to meet the federal service requirement
