Lund University Global Scholarship

SwedenMaster'sEntry ID: SC-45927

The Lund University Global Scholarship is a highly selective, merit-based undergraduate and Master's scholarship. Each year Lund University provides around 26 million SEK (€2.4 million / $2.4 million) in scholarship grants towards tuition. The scholarships are for international students from outside the EU/EEA (and Switzerland) with high academic performance and who have selected a Lund University programme as their first-choice university. The scholarship is a tuition fee waiver which can be partial or cover 100% of the tuition fee depending on the programme and the student's origin and academic background. It does not cover living expenses.

Scholarship recipients are students with high academic performance and strong programme fit. The scholarship is awarded for the entire duration of the programme. To receive the scholarship, recipients must accept the scholarship offer and study place, and pay any remaining tuition fees by the specified date. The amount awarded is deducted from the tuition fee invoice.

Applications are submitted via a separate portal after applying for admission to Lund University programmes via universityadmissions.se. A motivation letter (max 600 words) explaining academic merit and fit is required. Results are communicated by email shortly after admission results.
