SMARTS-UP Scholarship

The SMARTS-UP programme at Université Paris Cité aims to promote the internationalisation of Master's programmes by attracting talented international students. It seeks to build a pool of excellence for the recruitment of future doctoral students. For the academic year, the programme offers incoming mobility scholarships of €10,000 each to support international students enrolling in Master's programmes across various Graduate Schools within the university. The scholarships are awarded for one year.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must be international students who have not previously studied within the French higher education system. French citizens are not eligible.
  • Candidates should hold qualifications that meet the admission requirements for the Master’s programme they wish to join.
  • The SMARTS-UP scholarship cannot be combined with another French scholarship.
