Zawadi Africa Education Fund — Undergraduate Scholarship for Women

Zawadi Africa is a leadership-development and scholarship fund for academically gifted but financially disadvantaged young African women. Founded in 2002 by Dr. Susan Mboya and inspired by the 1960s Kennedy/Mboya student airlifts, it provides university scholarships plus leadership training, mentorship and an alumni network to build a pipeline of women leaders. Benefits include full tuition for the undergraduate program, accommodation, textbooks and materials, and personal-development workshops.
