The African Development Bank Group Internship Program provides Master's students and recent graduates with professional experience at the AfDB, contributing to its Ten-Year Strategy (2023-2032) and High 5s priorities: Light up and Power Africa, Feed Africa, Industrialize Africa, Integrate Africa, and Improve the Quality of Life for the People of Africa. Interns work in various departments at Headquarters in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, regional or country offices, either remotely or on-site based on unit needs. The program lasts 3-6 months, offers a monthly stipend, medical insurance, and possible mission participation, while building a talent pool for future recruitment without guaranteeing employment.
