Allen Institute for Brain Science Internship
The Allen Institute’s Summer Internship Program is an intensive 10-week summer research experience offered across its scientific divisions, including the Allen Institute for Brain Science. Interns engage in hands-on projects in areas such as neuroanatomy, neural coding, data science, imaging, and more, with opportunities for publications, presentations, workshops, and a final presentation. The program emphasizes Big, Team, and Open Science, providing mentorship and exposure to cutting-edge life sciences research at the onsite Seattle facility. Paid at $21.50/hour with housing/travel support available. Separate from the year-long postbaccalaureate ASPIRE program.
Projects are posted individually with 'Summer Intern' in the title on the careers page, allowing applicants to target Brain Science or other interests.
