Asian Development Bank Internship Program
The ADB Internship Program offers graduate students a project-oriented learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience through research assignments aligned with ADB's current operational needs in international development. Interns contribute to policy research, knowledge sharing, and meaningful impact from day one, while working at ADB Headquarters in Manila or select resident missions. The program, lasting 8 to 12 weeks starting June onwards, provides a stipend and partial airfare support, helping participants build skills in a multicultural environment and potentially identifying them as future staff candidates.
Interns engage in analytical work across various departments such as Economic Research, Sectors, Climate Change, and more, supporting ADB's mission for a prosperous Asia-Pacific. The program emphasizes diversity, self-directed learning, and collaboration with professionals from over 50 countries. Participants must arrange their own accommodation, insurance, and other expenses beyond the provided support.
