The Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships (SULI) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is a Department of Energy (DOE) program that places STEM undergraduates and recent graduates (within 2 years of an associate's or bachelor's degree) into cutting-edge, hands-on research. Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident at application
- 18+ years old at start
- Full-time enrolled undergraduate seeking AS/BS, or recent grad (<=2 years post-degree)
- GPA 3.0+ (4.0 scale, cumulative undergrad)
- Completed >=1 semester college; >=6 credits STEM/NatSci/Math/Eng/Tech; >=12 credits toward degree (freshmen ok if met)
- Health insurance at appointment start
- Max 2 internships, 4 applications lifetime per DOE SULI FAQ
