The Academy for Research, Clinical, and Health Equity Scholarship (ARCHES) Program
The Academy for Research, Clinical, and Health Equity Scholarship (ARCHES) at Georgetown University School of Medicine is a six-week residential summer enrichment program designed for pre-health undergraduate students. The program focuses on providing immersive research experiences, clinical exposure, and opportunities to explore health equity challenges in Washington, D.C. ARCHES selects 10 undergraduate fellows annually to participate in research engagements, clinical rounds with physicians at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, and community-based learning through service at D.C. health equity nonprofits. The program aims to prepare fellows for medical school and other health-related graduate programs.

Eligibility Requirements
- Academic Standing: Open to sophomores and juniors currently enrolled in U.S. accredited colleges or universities.
- GPA Requirement: A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher is required.
- Citizenship: International students with F-1 or J-1 visas are eligible. DACA/TPS recipients are also eligible.
