UC Davis Hugh Edmondson Summer Research Internship Program

An 8-week research experience for motivated college students interested in health sciences. Students will conduct research under the guidance of pathology faculty and participate in weekly lectures and problem-based learning exercises.

During this eight-week program, the Hugh Edmondson Summer Research Internship Program undergraduate interns will participate in research or work activities eight hours daily, Monday through Friday. The interns are not expected to participate in other part-time work activities or to attend summer school during this eight-week period. This year’s program will offer a combination of in-person/remote experiences. Uniquely located within 1.5 hours of the San Francisco Bay Area to the west and Lake Tahoe to the east, Sacramento offers a plethora of activities, including adventure, fine dining, shopping and culture.
