The Amgen Scholars Program at the University of California, Berkeley is a prestigious summer research initiative designed to enhance research opportunities for undergraduates committed to pursuing careers in the sciences. This program provides participants with hands-on research experience, aiming to increase their competitiveness for admission to esteemed graduate and professional institutions.

Participants engage in independent research projects under the mentorship of UC Berkeley's renowned faculty across various scientific disciplines. The program includes a series of seminars and workshops, networking events with faculty, administrators, and graduate students, and culminates in a research symposium where scholars present their findings.
