KPMG Future Leaders Program
The KPMG Future Leaders Program is a prestigious scholarship initiative designed to empower high-achieving female high school seniors in the United States. This program recognizes young women who demonstrate exceptional academic performance, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service. Each year, 22 students are selected to receive substantial financial support for their undergraduate studies, access to mentorship, and an invitation to participate in a transformative leadership development retreat. The scholarship is funded by proceeds from the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit.
Stipend and Support:
- $10,000 annual scholarship, renewable for up to four years.
- Participation in a leadership development retreat.
- Pairing with an executive woman mentor for one year.
- Introduction to golf as part of personal development.
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Must be a high school senior planning to enroll in a four-year undergraduate program at a U.S. college or university.
- Demonstrated interest in a business or STEM academic track.
- Evidence of financial need is required.
- A letter of recommendation from a nonprofit or community organization.
