Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme (TEF)

The Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme is the largest African entrepreneurship initiative, funding thousands of early-stage founders across all 54 African countries each year. Selected entrepreneurs receive US$5,000 in non-refundable seed capital, a structured business-training curriculum, mentorship, and access to the TEF alumni network. It targets startups aged 0–3 years and aspiring business owners who live in and will operate their business in Africa.
