Trinity College Dublin Summer Research Internship
The Economics Summer Research Assistant Internship Programme at Trinity College Dublin offers third-year undergraduate Economics students hands-on experience in academic research. Participants work 30 hours per week for six weeks with faculty on ongoing projects, including data assembly and analysis, literature engagement, and empirical skills development. Since 2025, up to ten students receive a paid stipend and contribute to frontier economic research, gaining immersive learning beyond the classroom. The program is a flagship of the Economics degree, with interns often pursuing advanced careers in academia, policy, or industry.
